These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the SJS Tiling website and the provision of bathroom renovation and tiling services by SJS Tiling (“we”, “us”, “our”) to our customers (“you”, “your”).

By submitting an enquiry, accepting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Our Services

SJS Tiling provides bespoke bathroom renovation services across Northern Ireland, including design and planning, structural and layout alterations, plumbing and electrics coordination, tiling and finishing, lighting installation, and full project management.

2. Quotes and Estimates

  • All quotes are provided free of charge following an initial consultation.
  • Quotes are valid for [30 days — À CONFIRMER] from the date issued, unless otherwise stated.
  • Final project costs may vary from the initial quote if the scope of work changes, or if unforeseen structural, plumbing or electrical issues are discovered once work has begun. Any changes will be discussed and agreed with you before proceeding.

3. Booking and Deposits

  • Materials remain the property of SJS Tiling until payment has been received in full.

4. Project Timelines

  • Estimated project timelines will be provided at the point of quoting. These are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including material availability, third-party trades, or issues discovered during the renovation.
  • We will keep you informed of any changes to the expected timeline.

5. Access and Site Conditions

  • You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and reasonable access to the work area for the duration of the project.
  • Any pre-existing structural, plumbing or electrical issues not visible at the time of quoting may result in additional costs, which will be communicated to you before any additional work is carried out.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, please provide at least [7 days’ — À CONFIRMER] notice.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered specifically for your project.

7. Workmanship Guarantee

  • All work carried out by SJS Tiling is covered by a workmanship guarantee of [12 months — À CONFIRMER avec le client] from the date of project completion, covering defects arising from faulty installation.
  • This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or work carried out by third parties after project completion.
  • Materials and fixtures are covered by the relevant manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues not identified or reported prior to the start of works.

10. Governing Law
