At SJS Tiling, we specialise in bespoke bathroom renovations across Northern Ireland – combining specialist craftsmanship, premium finishes and full project management to deliver bathrooms built properly from start to finish.
SJS Tiling was built through years of hands-on experience, quality workmanship and a genuine focus on doing things properly.
I’m Stephen, and I began working in the tiling industry at just fifteen years old before going out and starting my own tiling business at nineteen. Over the years, I have worked across a wide range of large commercial projects throughout Northern Ireland, building experience on high-standard projects for major businesses.
As the company evolved, the focus shifted towards complete bathroom renovations – combining specialist tiling expertise with full renovation project management to deliver high-end bathroom transformations from start to finish.
Today, SJS Tiling and bathrooms specialises in bespoke luxury bathrooms tailored around each customer, property and vision for the space.
From modern walk-in showers and luxury en-suites to full layout redesigns and intricate finishing details, every project is approached with care, precision and attention to detail throughout.

Through years of experience, we’ve learned how to efficiently manage the full renovation process smoothly from beginning to end.
That means our customers don’t need to coordinate multiple contractors or deal with unnecessary stress throughout the project.
Instead, you have one experienced team overseeing the full transformation from design consultation through to final completion.
We believe a bathroom should not only look impressive, but also work properly for everyday life.
That’s why we focus heavily on careful planning, practical layouts, quality materials and precision finishing throughout every stage of the renovation.
From large-format tiling, through to recessed niches, LED lighting and bespoke storage features, every detail is designed to create a bathroom that feels modern, functional and built to last.
Whether you already have a clear vision for your bathroom or need guidance on layouts, finishes and features, we’re here to help bring the project together properly from start to finish.
